Junior League Darts

Darts?

Yep. Darts. Or, more commonly referred to as “the darts”. Based in London but spreading quickly around Europe and Asia, the darts is one of the most popular televised sports in the United Kingdom.

They play in front of sold-out arenas with thousands of fans in attendance. They compete for hundreds of thousands of dollars amidst a sea of chants and songs. The darts combines the spectacle of WWE, the moment-to-moment pressure of a Wimbledon finals, and the global accessibility of eSports to create one of the most exciting live sport environments in the world. And we haven’t even mentioned the costumes.

For amateur dart players, the sport offers the same opportunity for competition and intensity as every other major international sport, at a fraction of the cost and from the convenience of their own home. Just as eSports teams are doing around the country, Junior League Darts wants to take this online empowerment even further by encouraging players to run entire livestream productions of their darts teams, leveraging the boundless potential of sufficiently-motivated students with time on their hands.
